TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 42 OF 2019 By (1) Josephine Nyambutu Njaaga and (2) Hannah Ny4abi Njaaga, both of P.O. Box 67525-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, 1 the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njaaga Kihara, Who died at Oloolua Sub-location, on 18th May, 2005. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
