TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 31 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Wanja Gutu and (2) Edwin Gitonga Njeru, both of P.O. Box 458, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njeri Kimunyu, late of Mbuinjeru Sub-location, who died on 30th April, 2016. CAUSE No. 49 OF 2020 By Edith W. S. Njeru, of P.O. Box 421, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Njoka Njogu, who died at Karurumo Sub-location, on 4th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
