TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 55 OF 2018 By Joh Kinyanjui Wamarema, of P.O. Box 1090-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Chege Macharia, late of Machakos, who died at Ekalakala, on 5th June, 1990. CAUSE No. 8 OF 2020 By David Musyoki Syengo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeu Kyengo, late of Kivingoni, who died there on 13th November, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
