TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 209 OF 2019 By Esther Njeri Thairu, of P.O. Box 875, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthama Mucui alias Muthama Muchui alias Muthama Muchoi, who died at Gituamba, on 8th August, 2009. CAUSE No. 256 OF 2019 By (1) Ziporah Wambui Nduta and (2) Ann Wairimu Wangeci, the decesaed's mother and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Mwangi Wambui, who died at Our Lady Hospice, on 29th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
