TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 324 OF 2018 By Daniel Nyakangi Baraini, the deceased's beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maricius Baraini Nyamosi alias Braini Nyamosi, who died at Bosinange Location, Kisii, on 16th June, 1972. CAUSE No. 624 OF 2019 By George Arambe Maronga, of P.O. Box 1004, Nyamokenye in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maronga Nyamweya, who died on 2nd July, 2009. CAUSE No. 625 OF 2019 By (1) Ruth Moraa Ondieki and (2) Joshua Ochando Ondieki, both of P.O. Box 678-40202, Keroka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amisi Miregwa alias Stephen Amisi Miregwa, who died on 29th March, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
