TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 97 OF 2019 By Amos Sampao Korinko, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa ole Korinko Ratonka alias Musa ole Korinko, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 24th July, 2015. CAUSE No. 112 OF 2019 By John Kitipa ole Sirere, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Noparisho ole Sirere, who died at Nkoile Sub-location, on 7th April, 1996. CAUSE No. 136 OF 2019 By (1) Eunice Njeri Kinjanjui and (2) Mary Wathika Salaon, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the of Simon Salaon ole Gashushuru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
