Box 2542, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Benedict Njiru, late of Makengi, Kevote, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 19th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 25 OF 2020 By Gillian Wambeti Mbogo, of P.O. Box 532, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njambiru Mbogo Ireri, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 15th March, 2019. CAUSE No. 26 OF 2020 By Dorcas Njoki Mugo, of P.O. Box 1427-60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephantus Njiru Gidion Murangai alias Epaenetus Njiru Gidion M'Ngai, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
