TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 36 OF 2020 By Elizabeth Wanjiku Ndiritu, of P.O. Box 7, Wang'uru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresiah Wangui Nderitu alias Teresia Wangui Nderitu, late of Kiandegwa, Kirinyaga, who died at Mwea Mission, on 16th October, 2017. CAUSE No. 40 OF 2020 By Jecinta Muthoni Kabutu, of P.O. Box 90, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabutu Thiga, late of Kagioini, Kirinyaga, who died there, on 9th March, 2009. CAUSE No. 49 OF 2020 By (1) Rosaria Wanjira Njamuku and (2) Pauline Wakirunyu Njamuku, both of P.O. Box 95, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Wambura Njamuku alias Wambura Njamuku Ndebe, late of Kanyekiini, Kirinyaga, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 12th September, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
