TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 238 OF 2019 By Charles Kinyanjui Gichuhi, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku ii Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wambui Gichuhi, who died at Mataara, 22nd April, 2019. CAUSE No. 4 or 2020 By (I) John Njoroge Kimani and (2) Francis Ngotho Kimani, both of P.O. Box 498-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Kabogoro, who died at District Hospital, Gatundu in Kenya, on 24th February, 1990. CAUSE No. 38 of 2020 3y Ann Mwihaki Kimani, of P.O. Box 61, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimani Muhia alias Kimani Muhia alias Joseph K. Muhia, who died at Ritho Sub-location, 28th June, 2019. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
