TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 16 OF 2019 By John Ngata Kariuki, of P.O. Box 72493-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widower, through Mesrrs. Ngugi Mwangi, advocate of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Wanjiku Kariuki, late of Kaguyu, Kirinyaga, who died at Fortis Memorial Institute, India, on 19th February, 2015. CAUSE No. 18 OF 2019 By Adalide Wanjira Gakuya, of P.O. Box 584-10300, Kerugoya in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's last will, through Mesrrs. P. M. Muchira, advocate of Kerugoya, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Alexander Gakuya Ngarira alias Gakuya Ngarira alias Gakuya Ngaruri, late of Gathigi, Kirinyaga, who died at Our Lady Hospital, Thigio in Kenya, on 28th July, 2011. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
