CAUSE No. 24 OF 2020 By (1) Margaret Wanjiru Kibaki, (2) Francis Njoroge Kibaki and (3) Solomon Njenga Kibaki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kibaki Njoroge alias Kibaki Njoroge, late of Ndeiya, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 28th August, 2018.
