NOTICE is issued in pursuance of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38 of laws of Kenya), to the owner of motor vehicle chassis No. 8507875, engine No. R180924-N8505015, Mercedes Benz and chassis No. 180010209503769, engine No. 1109042208520, Mercedes Benz, to collect the said vehicle currently lying at Umar Auto Garage premises, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of storage charges and any other lawful charges incurred at the date of delivery. Failure to that the same shall be sold by public auction and/or private treaty by Restorers Consult Auctioneers to defray the accrued charges without further reference to the owners.
