REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38 of laws of Kenya), to the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KAM 254U which is lying idle and unclaimed at the Bente Kenya garage along Ngong Road next to National Bank, to collect the said motor vehicle at the said garage within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all service fees and storage charges together with other costs including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against accrued charges/costs and the balance, if any, shall remain at the owner's credit, but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
