IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 88 (4) of the Constitution of Kenya, section 38A of the Elections Act, 2011 and Regulations 7, 8, 62, 63 and 66 of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission gives notice to the pablic that voting for the by-election Scheduled to be held on 29th April, 2020, shall be conducted at the voter polling stations gazetted vide a Special Issue
