THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maina Wanarua (deceased) and three others, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.95 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Othaya/Kiandemi/797, and whereas in the Magistrate's Court at Othaya in succession cause no. 66 of 2017, has ordered that the piece of land be transferred to Consolata Wangari Maina and four (4) others, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue land title deed to the said Consolata Wangari Maina and four (4) others, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Maina Wanarua (deceased) and three others, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
