IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) (a) and (d) of the Universities Act, 2012, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Jane Musangi Mutua (Dr.) — Chairperson Members Stephen Mutoro, Connie Okwisa Mogaka, Joshua Onyango Ogango, Gad Gathu Kiragu, as the Chairperson and members of the Council of Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th March, 2020.
