NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 10th February, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1040, in Volume DI, Folio 800/31, File No. MMXX, by our client, Rose Wanjiru Bargoria, of P.O. Box. 45476-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rose Doris Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rose Doris Wanjiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rose Wanjiru Bargoria, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rose Wanjiru Bargoria only.
