NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th February, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 346, in Volume B-13 Folio 1992/14992, File No. 1637, by our client, Mohamed Nazir Omar Mithwani, of P.O. Box 79748-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Nazir Omar Haji Essa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Nazir Omar Haji Essa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Nazir Omar Mithwani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Nazir Omar Mithwani only.
