NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th February, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 68, in Volume DI, Folio 36/872, File No. MMXX, by our client, Grace Nyokabi Masese, of P.O. Box 43912-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Charmine Wanjiru Thiongo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Charmine Wanjiru Thiongo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Grace Nyokabi Masese, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Grace Nyokabi Masese only.
