THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND CO-ORDINATION ACT

Pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Impact Assessment and Audit) Regulations, 2003, the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) has received an Environmental Impact Assessment Study Report for the above proposed project. The proponent, Heartland Homes Nairobi Company Limited, is proposing to construct residential apartments comprising 2 blocks of 224 No. units in total (128 No. two-bedroom units, 64No. one- bedroom plus study room and 32No. studio rooms) on plot No. 1/1345 along Kindaruma Road, Kilimani Road, Nairobi City County.
