THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimaiyo arap Keino (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Kipsigalc/1110, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kapsabet in succession cause no. 69 of 2005, has issued grant documents to Paulina Jeptoo Keino, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue land title deed to the said Paulina Jeptoo Keino, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimaiyo arap Keino (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
