THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Veronica Nduta Macharia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/01 Joro Orok West/1839, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in succession cause no. 227 of 2008, has issued letters of administration to Daniel Mwangi Macharia (ID/0614963), and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Veronica Nduta Macharia (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Veronica Nduta Macharia(deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
