THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Nyagura Rukwaro (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, known as Thegenge/Kianjogu/967, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nyeri in succession cause no. 672 of 2018, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Boniface Mbugua Muriithi, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue a land title deed to the said Boniface Mbugua Muriithi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jane Nyagura Rukwaro (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
