REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Reuben Muiruri Kimani (deceased), of P.O. Box 606, Murang'a in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, known as Location 11/Gaitega/456, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Murang'a in succession cause no. 23 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Ruth Wacheke Kimani (ID/4869757), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Ruth Wacheke Kimani, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Reuben Muiruri Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
