REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Equity Bank (K) Limited, of P.O. Box 75104-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the chargee over all that parcel of land situate in the district of Malindi, registered under title No. Chembe/Kibabamshe/193, and whereas Salim Awadh Salim, the chargor, of P.O. Box 91019-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
