REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Capital Industrial Park EPZ Limited, of P.O. Box 67486, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 18474/197, situate in Mavoko Municipality in Machakos District, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 98043/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
