PURSUANT to Article 164 (1) of the Constitution of Kenya and rule 20 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2010, notice is given that the Easter Recess shall commence on Wednesday, 8th April, 2020 and shall terminate on Wednesday, 22nd April, 2020, both days inclusive. During the recess, the registries of the court will be open to the public from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon on all weekdays except public holidays.
