APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 12 of the East African Community Customs Management Act, 2004, the Commissioner of Customs and Border Control appoints the following road as a route over which goods in Transit, goods transferred between the East Africa Community partner states or goods carried coastwise shall be conveyed; International Trunk Road Joining Nairobi-Maimahiu-Naivasha Internal Container Depot.
