IT IS notified for the general information of the public that pursuant to regulation 7 (1) of the Mining (Community Development Agreement) Regulations, 2017, the following are members of the Community Development Agreement Committee between Njiru Sub- county (Kayole North) Community in Nairobi City County and Shamji Vishram and Sons Company Limited— Gideon Mbuvi Sonko James Chacha David Kangethe Rahab Wanja Kimani Joshua Irungu Wanderi Justus Kiarie Kabiru Florence Wangari Okaka Rodgers Onyango Moses Chepkaroi Stephen Njuhigu Mwangi John Wakaba Kamau Ramesh Hirji Shamji Vishram John Mutisya the members of the Community Development Agreement Committee shall serve for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st March, 2020.
