APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 24 (12) of the Employment and Labour Relations Court Act, 2011, the Chief Justice appoints— Under section 24 (b) (i)— Lady Justice Linnet Ndolo Under section 24 (b) ( Irene Kashindi Under section 24 (12) (iii)— Joyce K. Nyabuti (Dr.) Under section 24 (b) (iv)— Grace Kanyiri and Anthony Kilonzo Under section 24 (b) ( v)— Isaac Mbingi Okello Under section 24 (b) (vi)— Oscar Eredi Under section 24 (b) (vii)— Justice Daniel K. Musinga to be members of the Employment and Labour Relations Rules Committee, for a period of five (5) years, with immediate effect. In accordance with sections 24 (a) and 26 of the Act; Lady Justice Maureen Onyango, Principal Judge, Employment and I ,abour Relations Court; and Kennedy Kandet, Registrar, Employment and Labour Relations Court, shall be the Chairperson and Secretary to the Committee, respectively.
