THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Singa Ham Edambo and (2) three others, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Kapkerer/279, situate in Nandi District, and whereas the appeal to the minister in case No. 1804 of 1986, ordered the registration of the title in the name of the appellant Simeon Kiptum Choge and whereas all the efforts made to recover the title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancelation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the implementation of the minister's decision and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Singa Ham Edambo and (2) three others, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
