REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muhammad Nisar Ahmad, of P.O. Box 14482, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.1672 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Nakuru/Municipality Block 6/94, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of a new white card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provide that no valid objection has been received within that period.
