REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grace Wanjiku Mwangi (life tenant and trustee of four others), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.214, 0.05 and 0.24 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title deed Nos. Mweiga/Block 5/Muthuini/530, Tetu/Ihururu/472 and Tetu/Ihururu/33, respectively, situate in Nyeri District and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
