Box 461, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Esther Chepkorir, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Esther Chepkorir, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rachel Chebet Kiggen, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rachel Chebet Kiggen only.
