TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 306 OF 2019 By Michael Aduwa Muhala, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhala Songa Aduwa, who died at North Rambula Sub-location, on 15th June, 1990. CAUSE No. 24 OF 2020 By (1) Julius Odhuongo Okuku and (2) Alfonse Oduor, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okuku Songa, who died at Magoya, on 25th December, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
