TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 102 OF 2018 By Maurice Owango Nyayae, of P.O. Box 1995, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thadeus Nyayal Akelo, who died on 16th November, 1996. CAUSE No. 54 OF 2019 By (1) Julius Otieno Midega and (2) Millicent Achieng Ongonga, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Odongi Midega, who died at Wathorego Sub-location,on 27th March, 2016. CAUSE No. 85 OF 2019 By (1) Raphael Julius Omolo Osaka and (2) Mary Awino Omolo, both of P.O. Box 3442-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Awino Ayieko, who died on 8th June, 1996. CAUSE No. 89 OF 2019 By Buke Otieno Ogalo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Otieno Ogalo, who died at West Kajulu Location, on 1st February, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 242 or 2019 By Richard Amukochia Odera, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erasto Odera, who died on 9th August, 2016. CAUSE No. 251 or 2019 By Wadegu Wacheru, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Wachern Omoro alias Zakayo Achueru, who died on 20th November, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
