TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 196 OF 2019 By Samuel Ogoche Osoro, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osoro Omwoyo alias Osoro Onyango, who died on 2nd August, 1984. CAUSE No. 199 OF 2019 By Mary Atieno Anywere, of P.O. Box 77, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismael Anywere Akeyo, who died on 13th May, 2013. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By (1) Nancy Peres Atieno Odyembo and (2) Brian George Ochieng, both of P.O. Box 23, Daraja Mbiri in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Sila Ochieng Awuor alias Steve Sila Ochieng Awuor, who died at North West Kisumu Location, on 17th March, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
