TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 1 OF 2020 By (1) David Odiwuor Otieno, (2) Domnick Oleng Oduor and (3) Joseph Owino Redo!, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otieno Owuor, who died on 27th July, 1991. CAUSE No. 19 OF 2020 By John Otieno Owino, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Owino Onyango alias Lucas Owino, who died on 15th August, 1985. CAUSE No. 35 Of 2020 By (1) Wilfrida Oduong Achola and (2) Anastasia Adero Achola, both of P.O. Box 124, Sawagongo in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Achola Obisa alias Achola Mogoya, who died on 28th March, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
