TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By Esther Ndinda Gilbert Musili, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert IvlusiR Ndeite, who died at Mutonguni Sub-location, on 17th November, 2018. CAUSE No. 8 OF 2020 By Philip Kimanzi Mutunga, of P.O. Box 18-90400, Mwingi Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutunga Mangara Nduva, who died at Kivou Sub-location, on 14th August, 2014. CAUSE No. 14 OF 2020 By (1) Regina Kathini Ithuli and (2) Stephen Musyoka Mull, both of P.O. Box 113-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's, widow and son, respectively, for a gram of letters of administration intestate to the estate of ithuli Muthusi alias Ithuli Matting Mbuk), who died on 29th August, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
