TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 124 "B" of 2019 By Chrisantus Okana, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalisto Okwa Tongwa, who died at Shibale Sub-location, on 14th March, 2012. CAUSE No. 137 OF 2019 By (1) Edward Mahanda Indakwa and (2) Adam Mulefu Manda, both of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Kulundu, who died at Kholera, on 10th February, 1979. CAUSE No. 11 OF 2020 By Simon Makau Murunga, of P.O. Box 9, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Suleiman Murunga alias Wakhutu Murunga, who died at Bukaya, on 24th November, 2014. CAUSE No. 13 OF 2020 By Wandako Wangara, of P.O. Box 327, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njama Angara, who died at Buchifi, on 12th December, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
