TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 136 OF 2019 By (1) David. Ngugi Nyutu and (2) Assumpta Wan** Mwaniki, both of P.O. Bun 1-20301, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Nyawira & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyutu hlwirikia, who died at Kiriko Sub-location, on 12* September, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the conumy and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
