TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 116 OF 2018 By (1) Kadzo Jefa Nguwa, (2) Robert Kahindi Kirao, (3) John Karisa Kirao and (4) Lawrence Mumbah Kiraoh, the deceased's brothers and nephews, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirao Kombe Hare, who died on 21st August, 2012. CAUSE No. 57 OF 2019 By Khamisi Hare Abdalla, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will of Marzio Rimini, who died on 27th June, 2019. CAUSE No. 76 OF 2019 By Hannah Wambui Kibaya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wainaina Mburu, who died on 9th December, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
