TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 179 OF 2019 By Felistus Mbelita Mwangangi, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthenya Mwaniki, late of Kitui, who died at Musengo Location, Kitui, on 24th December, 1998. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2020 By Franciscah Kalee Mukindi, of P.O. Box 443-90200, Kitui Central in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukiti Makusu Mwaniki, late of Kitui Central, who died at Tungutu, on 8th October, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
