TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 8 OF 2019 By (1) Amos Peniki Mpoe, (2) Domnic Martine Mpoe and (3) Shadrack Sankau Mpoe, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Oloishuro Mpoe, who died at District Hospital, Narok in Kenya, on 10th January, 2012. CAUSE No. 108 OF 2019 By (1) Grace Muthoni Mwangi and (2) Martin Kamenwa Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Mwangi Mbaru, who died at Narok Town, on 24th October, 2015. CAUSE No. I OF 2020 By (1) John Njoroge and (2) Eunice Soilah Kesier, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Nyangugi Kanyingi, who died at N/Enkare, on 7th October, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
