TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 16 OF 2020 By Mary Waruguru Kunyiha, of P.O. Box 2143, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kunyiha Wagura, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2019. CAUSE No. 17 OF 2020 By Kagiri Wamairue, of P.O. Box 83, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wamairue Gakuha alias Wamairue Gakuha, who died at Thandi Unjiru Thegenge, on 19th July, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
