TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 19 OF 2020 By (1) George Muti Njoroge, (2) Antony Njonjo Njoroge and (3) Beth Nduta Gathua, all of P.O. Box 96, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njoroge Muti, who died at Beta Care Hospital in Kenya, on 25th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
