TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 283 OF 2017 By Simon Njoroge Muroki and Susan Gathoni Njau, both of P.O. Box 601-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's nephew and niece, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njenga Mugonya alias Njenga Ng'ang'a Muroki, who died at Kagongo, on 14th May, 2015. CAUSE No. 98 OF 2020 By Patrick Kimani Mwaura, of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaura Kimani, who died at Kiambu, on 5th November, 2004. CAUSE No. 108 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Wanjiru Lung'aho and (2) Doris Njeri Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 250-00219, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters. for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Rufus Ngugi Ngahu alias Rufus Ngugi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th June, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
