TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 523. OF 2018 By (1) Everlyne Kusa Itindi and (2) Harry Oyas Okuom, both of P.O. Box 269-50400, Busia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Ayub Okuom who died at Busia Township Location, on 1st December, 2004. CAUSE No. 38 OF 2020 By Charles Makokha Adenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okhango Obuka, who died on 6th June, 1970. CAUSE No. 9 "A" OF 2020 By Rosemary Juma Edewa, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Idewa Ofwiti, who died on 20th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. 82 OF 2020 By Scholastica Barasa Namahia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eddy Namahia Bara alias Eddy Nakahia Barasa, who died at Busia, on 15th May, 2017. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
