TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 33 OF 2019 GAZE= NOTICE No. 2861 IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT MOMBASA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 294 OF 2019 By (1) Charles Kimetu Muoka and (2) Fidelis Mutunga Muoka, both of P.O. Box 714-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Ndunda Mwoka, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 25th May, 2017. CAUSE No. 374 OF 2019 By (1) Aziza Mohammad Said and (2) Hilal Ahmed Timami, both of P.O. Box 82789-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rukiya Mohammad Ali, who died at Mombasa, on 19th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
