TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 10 OF 2019 By Brijinder Kaur Bhasin, of P.O. Box 95044-80104, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of the will of Perminder Singh Bhasin, who died at Mombasa, on 24th November, 2018. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2019 By Vistasp Nariman Vatchha, of P.O. Box 90648-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's written will, for a grant of probate of the will of Eruch Jehangir Austin alias Erach Jehangir Austin alias Elchie Jehangir Austin, who died at Pandya Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd November, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
